Coffee Collective was founded in 2007 by three coffee professionals who shared a vision of creating more direct and transparent relationships between coffee farmers and consumers. Their philosophy of 'Direct Trade' involves paying farmers significantly higher prices than even Fair Trade standards and developing long-term relationships that benefit both parties. The company is known for their exceptionally light roasting style, which aims to highlight the inherent qualities of each coffee. Their approach emphasizes clarity, sweetness, and complexity, with a focus on showcasing the terroir of each coffee origin. Over the years, they've expanded to operate several cafes around Copenhagen while maintaining their commitment to quality and sustainability.
