Starting with the positives - the coffee here is really good. The prices here are on the high side £4.20 for a flat white, latte or cappuccino. The pastries are not cheap at £4.30 for a croissant. The staff did explain the pricing and justification and actually that was helpful. Wholesale coffee prices have been rising The service is fine but watch out for the attempt to try to charge you a service charge/tip on top of the drinks prices!! Never in London have I seen a coffee shop that has requested to add a tip onto a coffee. There is a small number of companies in London that seem to do this to try and rinse as much money from tourists who come to London as possible. Only a tourist would consider paying a tip for ordering a coffee in coffee shop where there is actually no service element involved apart from taking your order from a counter, and you have to pick up the coffee yourself. It feels cheeky. Having said that, if you are wanting a good coffee, then their coffee is really good.

While exploring Redchurch Street for my blog, I took a break at Allpress for a delicious latte and a sticky cinnamon bun. It’s easily one of my favourite coffee spots in London!

I think I have found my new favourite coffee spot. The iced mocha was okay, not the worst drink I’ve ever had but I definitely won’t be getting it again. Their iced latte with oat milk and brown sugar syrup is delicious! The servers are really nice and welcoming and I definitely need to try their almond croissant. Edit: I finally tried their almond croissant, it was superb! However, I felt like it had too much filling.
