It's good, not great! Pro: - out of the ordinary flavors and combinations - novelty cones and cups - menu options - allows tasters - free samples Con: - very busy - expensive - hard to get serviced after purchasing Would return when less busy!

We had already been to the Bacio dei Latte in Copacabana and this one is a big larger with a larger selection of ice creams. We went as a group of four there and had different flavours. I had the butterscotch and brownie this time. I love butterscotch ice cream and this one was really good, the brownie as well. A little late I saw that there was 70% cacoa chocolate ice cream, this something I definitely would like to try the next time. There were two girls working behind the desk and for the amount of customers it was too little staff. The waiting line would be shorter when there was at least one more person working. The service was very friendly.

The good: Great gelato, 5* for that part. The bad: they advertise with a discount code on google maps to get people through the door just to say it‘s for delivery only. Then why advertise it on google maps? Seems a sketchy way to attract people to the store and given the actually great gelato, ver counterproductive.
