This place is an absolute vibe. The staff were really efficient, the food came out super quickly, was hot, and delicious. The menu is very straightforward and unpretentious. It’s also very customisable, which I love. The coffee was good, for Sydney coffee; I’m from Melbourne so draw your own conclusions. I really love the atmosphere and the location. Looking forward to coming here more often.

this is not my first time buying coffee from this shop. we buy coffee every time we visit my dog’s vet in Milsons Point (take aways). today is my first time sitting in and just chilling to enjoy my coffee on a rainy cold weather with my husband. i feel offended as one of the guys (servers) keeps on coming back to our table. when i finished my coffee, he took my cup first. when my husband finished his cup, he returned and took the cup again. he almost threw half of our unfinished cookie like we are asked to leave asap. mind you, the coffee shop is not in full capacity. the other white people on different tables are not approached by him even when their cups are empty. thank you for killing my good vibes this morning, rude!!! racist!?!?!

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem of Pure Bliss Bay Ten Espresso is hands down one of the most delightful cafes I’ve ever experienced. Tucked away in an industrial-style space with a warm, modern vibe, it instantly feels like a sanctuary from the everyday. The coffee? Impeccable. Smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care by baristas who know their beans inside out. The food is equally phenomenal — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented without being over the top. You can tell everything is made with love and attention to detail. The staff are genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger just a little longer. Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for a long, leisurely brunch, Bay Ten hits every note perfectly. A true five-star experience from start to finish!
