I came to Big City Dog for my 4-year-old Bernedoodle, Winston’s first big haircut in London. We came on thr recommendation of a friend and I could not be more grateful that we took her advice. I was so nervous for his haircut because we’ve had some pretty awful ones over the years. This completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they on time, but they also gave me plenty of notice so that I knew when he would be ready for pick up. I’m so impressed that they listened to everything that I wanted for his grooming and more. This may be my favourite haircut of his ever! There’s also an adorable boutique in the front and I will be back just for the matcha alone. Winston was so well taken care of and it’s easy to see that they love dogs of all shapes and sizes. Even though it’s not directly in our neighbourhood, I will make the trek over for this kind of service. I cannot wait to go back with Winston. Highly recommend! Thank you!
