It was one of those quintessential New York Fridays—warm, golden, and full of promise. The kind of day that calls for a slow stroll, unhurried thoughts, and an iced latte in hand. I found myself at Cinico Coffee Company, tucked along Madison Avenue, curious to see what the space had to offer. The interior was clean and modern, with a quiet kind of confidence—nothing showy, just a well-lit, thoughtfully composed spot to catch your breath. I kept it simple: an iced latte paired with their salmon croissant. The latte was as expected—smooth, refreshing, and well-pulled. The croissant, too, was satisfying, though not particularly memorable. In truth, Cinico didn’t surprise me in any dramatic way. It’s not a destination café, but more of a dependable corner to lean into when the city’s pace calls for a moment of stillness. That said, what made the visit pleasant—and worth a mention—was the service. Riccardo, who was behind the counter, was warm, present, and genuinely kind. In a city that sometimes forgets the importance of a smile, Riccardo’s hospitality stood out. All in all, Cinico Coffee Company is a solid café. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing to fault either. A clean four-star experience—reliable, familiar, and made better by the people who bring it to life.

I stopped in here today after visiting my accountant nearby. I got a decaf Americano and it was delicious. There is plenty of seating inside and very comfortable. A nice vibe. Service people were friendly and efficient. Overall a very good experience. BTW, bathroom was nice and clean.

Beautiful golden cappuccino with bits of chocolate ($12)! Really enjoyed the atmosphere, but ordering is a little hectic and they seemed somewhat understaffed. Coffee is very strong, so I suggest having it with the pastries.
