Made my iced coffee way too strong so I asked them to put more milk 2x they did but it was still too strong. So then I asked to change it as I couldn’t drink it not for my palette and they just added more milk. This is the colour difference for me and my friends one who got the exact same thing as me ( after they put extra milk in 3x). Not happy with the service at all asked the guy to add a bit more sweetness then and he was like if u pay 50p more like I didn’t just spend £5.45 on this disgusting coffee. Boycotting Starbucks but should’ve just went there instead of this place. It’s horrible.

DONT BUY HERE! The guy was RUDE and I asked nicely to get my coffee changed as it was too strong for my liking then added more milk still was too strong asked to make it again he said no. Went to Starbucks asked them for extra syrup as he was trying to charge me more then the. £5.45 that I paid. Once I came back he was trying to charge me for adding more oat milk. This guy obviously doesn’t know how to run a business if the customer is unhappy then u solve the problem not try to charge them more. I cannot wait for the day they go bankrupt.
