Gleba is my favorite bakery. Everything is made from sourdough—even the cookies are crafted from a fermented starter. This makes their items much easier to digest compared to non-fermented equivalents. The service is friendly, and they offer a great selection of choices. Plus, the free samples are always a delightful treat!
