I had a V60 here and really enjoyed it. The coffee was smooth, well-balanced, and full of character. Definitely one of the better brews I’ve had in London lately. The shop itself is also impressive. It has a classic, elegant design, and I loved learning that they store their beans in large copper containers to protect them from moisture, a really thoughtful detail. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and shared some interesting info about their process. All in all, a great experience for anyone who loves specialty coffee and appreciates a bit of tradition

During my visit, I had the pleasure of enjoying a perfectly prepared cappuccino that was rich, smooth, and aromatic—a testament to their dedication to quality coffee. Pairing it with a slice of their flavorful orange cake turned out to be an excellent choice. The cake was moist and zesty, offering a balance of sweetness and citrusy tang that was simply irresistible. With its charming ambiance and focus on quality, HR Higgins Café is a wonderful spot to unwind and indulge in some of London’s finest coffee and treats. Definitely worth a visit for anyone in the area.
