The person who helped me today was so nice! They could see that I was having trouble deciding. I told them that I didn't realize that pumpkin was back, so now I had a tough choice: Stick to my usual or try the pumpkin. It was so cool that they then offered me a sample! So, I tasted the Pumpkin Spice Draft Latte, and it was incredible! I really appreciate that person going the extra mile to check in with me and help me decide what I wanted!

I’ve bought this strawberry latte twice before and it was fine, but today’s order was a joke. I hadn’t even taken a sip yet — after the foam settled, it was barely half full. Really disappointing. Not sure if I’ll come back.

I love this place, but the music seems to always be intense rock or hip-hop music, which makes it a hard place to relax and have a coffee. It's a little loud too. It's more of a nightclub-vibe. (Granted, some people might prefer that!)
