So, I tasted the Pumpkin Spice Draft Latte, and it was incredible! I really appreciate that person going the extra mile to check in with me and help me decide what I wanted!

I’ve bought this strawberry latte twice before and it was fine, but today’s order was a joke. I hadn’t even taken a sip yet — after the foam settled, it was barely half full. Really disappointing. Not sure if I’ll come back.
