We were recommended to visit here by another coffee roaster, who raved about their creativity and high-tech attention to detail. We went early and were warmly greeted by all the team who work there. The menu is very unique in the sense that you pick your coffee drink first and then the type of beans you’d like to use for that drink. We went with a large group of 7, and they were incredibly attentive and took time to explain the menu and offerings. Once our coffee was ordered, the male barista (Sam, I think?) showed us their espresso machine and how it all works. It’s a really cool piece of kit. Their cold brew was delicious and came in a specific cup that allowed different flavour profiles to be accentuated depending on which side of the cup you drank out of - very cool! I also ordered the triple lush - a creative coffee cocktail of sorts, made with lychee-infused cold brew and clarified berry milk. I’ve truly never had a coffee like it, and I doubt I will unless I visit again. A great place to visit if you are a coffee geek and enjoy chatting about coffee. The only downside is that none of their amazing coffee is available to purchase yet! 😭

Such an amazing spot! Came for brunch after a long travel day the night before to start our day. The staff were so nice and kind. They also walked us through a lot since it was our first time in Lisbon. The coffee was amazing and the food was so fresh. We left happy for the rest of the day! I am not sure if they are newer - but unless you use google it is very hard to find on Apple Maps or Yelp. They should make sure they are easily findable because they are amazing!
