Specialty coffee. I recently discovered this phenomenon for myself. This is the first place of its kind I've visited abroad. I asked for beans that, in the baristaās opinion, would be interesting for an espresso. The coffee itself was light and airy. Itās not the best choice for those who prefer a stronger, more bitter taste. Itās better suited for those who enjoy a brighter, more acidic profile. The place is simple and minimalist.
