I discovered this little coffee spot during a crisp autumn in London, and it quickly became part of my daily ritual. Their cappuccino had the perfect balance, smooth, rich, and comforting. Sipping it while watching the golden leaves fall was the highlight of my mornings. A true hidden gem for coffee lovers

My experience today at the café: After attending church this morning, I decided to take a moment for myself and enjoy a coffee. I had visited this café once before, about a year ago, and unfortunately had a negative experience. Today, I returned with hope that things may have improved—but sadly, I was disappointed again. There was a noticeable lack of organisation. The staff seemed unsure of their roles, and there was no clear structure or flow in their service. Despite several customers waiting, including myself, for over 20 minutes just for a simple coffee, the team didn’t show much urgency, warmth, or awareness. As I stood and observed, I truly hoped to see the staff come together and lift the atmosphere. I even share a gentle suggestion: that with a better plan in place, each team member could understand their responsibilities more clearly. Small things—like smiling, showing kindness, and apologising for delays—can make a big difference in how customers feel. I really do hope that next time I visit, I’ll see not only a smoother operation, but also friendly, welcoming smiles from the team. A little care goes a long way. 😉

Was out of coffee beans, and also wanted a nice iced cup of joe, so I decided to pop in. Was pleasantly surprised that coffee is on the house if one buys a bag of beans! So chuffed. So rare to find such a thing these days. Thanks guys!
