📍Sourdough & Brew by Baking with Gina ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🧇 𝙴𝚐𝚐𝚌𝚎𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚆𝚊𝚏𝚏𝚕𝚎 💵 $10 Soft and fluffy sourdough waffles with a buttery aroma wafting around the cafe as it was being made 😘! Paired with the creamy scrambled eggs, this combination is so simple yet comforting 😌 The waffles could be a lil more crisp but asides from that, all was guddd 😚 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🥯 𝚂𝚖𝚘𝚔𝚎𝚍 𝚂𝚊𝚕𝚖𝚘𝚗 𝙱𝚊𝚐𝚎𝚕𝚠𝚒𝚌𝚑 💵 $15 Loved how they were generous with their smoked salmon and that it wasn’t too briny! 🙂↕️ Not to mention, the slightly acidic onions helped to ‘cut’ creaminess from the cream cheese, making the overall taste profile pretty balanced! 👌🏻 The wholemeal sourdough bagel was soft and chewy, and although it could be toasted a lil more for a crispy crust, I was pretty satisfied with the light airy crumb texture 🤭 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🧈 𝙾𝚑-𝚂𝚘-𝙱𝚞𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝙼𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕𝚎𝚒𝚗𝚎 💵 $18 for 10, $34 for 20 Oh so soft and fluffy with a slight caramelized outer crust! ✨ The buttery aroma was similar to the waffles and would pair perfectly with some jam hehe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🍵 𝙷𝚘𝚞𝚓𝚒𝚌𝚑𝚊 𝙻𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎 💵 $7 I loved how it had a smooth mouthfeel and a nice frothy microfoam at the top (𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘫𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭!). Additionally, the roasted tea and creamy milk was pretty well balanced 😚 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Overall, I would say that this cozy little cafe had a very pleasant and chill vibe as the staff are super nice and the munchies and brews are for some reason oh so comforting 🤭 Full review on my IG page :)
