Good location, only 5 mins walk from bus stop. No parking unfortunately (but that's london for you) The place is large and has a alot of routes to choose from, I think the grading is on the softer side which is perfect for beginners. So if your new to bouldering I would definitely recommend this place. Great place to climb, especially during the colder months as it's nice and warm unlike some places where I end up cutting my day short because of the cold. Facilities are nice and clean, music was not too loud, very relaxed atmosphere, free WiFi, there is also a nice cafe and have a place to store your bycicle securely. There is free chalk which is nice to see (not many places provide this). Stronghold also has a second location in Tottenham, so if you are ever in that area I would recommend you check it out. Again, another great place to climb and there is free parking (limited though).

My favourite gym by far in London, I feel the routesetting is so creative and challenging. With other gyms you can say they have a style, but here it’s so diverse and fun, it leaves me wanting to try something again and again

This is the home of London prats, the young professionals, the softies and the home workers. Here you can climb some incredibly fun, modern dynamic boulders to the backdrop of someone's ski anecdotes; you can enjoy the carefully curated vibe and tasty coffee of the cafe upstairs surrounded by MacBooks that cost more than your inflated rent. This gym feels like it actually invests in its customers - the high-quality gym areas mean you can do strength and conditioning to your heart's content (as long as your heart does not desire it to be at around 6pm on a weekday). There's free chalk in buckets which noticeably improves air quality and there's even, if you can believe it, functioning heating and air conditioning, which makes it a rarity in the climbing world. Despite all this, the membership price is about the same as other gyms in London. Cycle here on your fixie, buy the vest and drink a tenzing - you'll have fun.
