Delicious and smooth mocha without any bitterness or burnt flavor. Staff is friendly. On rainy days and evenings they have a gas fireplace with sofas around it, for a cozy setting. Large picture windows with comfortable chairs and bench seats. A good place to sit and work or read. They are open until 10pm. Plenty of people in there working on their laptops in the evenings. Neighborhood a bit more sketchy in the evenings but they are a nice, little oasis in the area.

What a cozy little place to hang out. We have been here two days in a row now and hung out. Wifi is fast. Drinks are great. Tried the grilled cheese and it was yummy. Super friendly people.
