About 94 Celcius
94 Celcius is a Canadian specialty coffee roaster from Quebec known for precise light roasting, exceptional sourcing and a curious approach to coffee. Since 2017, they've built relationships with outstanding producers worldwide, offering everything from beautifully clean washed coffees to rare microlots, competition-grade lots and innovative fermentations. Transparency, producer relationships and showcasing the unique character of each origin are at the heart of what they do. Founded by Marc-Alexandre Emond-Boisjoly, whose background is in biochemistry and pharmacology, the roastery applies a rigorous, artisanal approach on a Probat roaster, aiming for technical precision alongside sensory exploration. Beyond single-origin and blended coffees, they offer decaffeinated options, anaerobic and co-fermented lots, compostable Nespresso-compatible capsules, matcha and tea, brewing equipment, and a monthly subscription called "Le Club Expé."
