What a find! Everything about this charming coffee shop and independent bookstore screams love. Great coffee for non-crazy prices, an exceptionally warm welcome from Tess, who was so friendly about me setting up my laptop here to work for a couple of hours. Quirky and engaging collection of personally curated books, most of which I want to buy. In short, it's beautiful. I'm going to be coming here often now...

Books and coffee — what more can you want? I had wanted to grab a coffee at the neighbors but they were closed luckily for me Clerkenwells wasn’t. I hot to browse (and buy) the racks of books while sipping on my late. I ended up buying a number of kids books and bookmarking this cafe for future visits perhaps even with the little ones They have a couple of seating spots inside and outside but it’s not set up to linger unless the weather is very nice so you can perch outside on the tiny sidewalk terrace

Cozy independent bookshop with wonderfully curated selections for the tender souls and delicious coffee. Joe recommended me great poetry anthologies and kindly let me sit in the corner in a rainy morning while I browsed through several books. Highly recommend to any book and coffee lover!
