Wow. I am an avid earl grey fan. I saw they had a menu item called "Kickass London Fog" and they told me it was actually an espresso latte rather than a tea latte. I was a bit skeptical but I figured it was worth a shot. I love being proven wrong, it was AMAZING. So good in fact, we decided to go ahead and order their black sesame latte. This place is 2 for 2. It was so rich in flavor and was presented beautifully despite being to go. Such unique flavors from both drinks that do everything except disappoint. I hate to sound dramatic but this place has changed the coffee game for me. I can't wait to try their long list of pour overs and the seasonal ube delight. It was the perfect amount of sweet and espresso balance. No matter if you're getting a drink for here or to go, they put their all into it, coffee art and everything! If you are looking to try out a new local coffee shop, put this at the top of your list. Lots of people bring their laptops to get some work done or chill and read. There is a great and classy modern japanese industrial vibe. I want to gate keep this place so bad, but honestly that would be a crime. I look forward to coming back soon and maybe adding this into my weekly routine!

The food and drinks seem overpriced. I didn't want an end piece and there were center pieces but I didn't carefully watch the barista and she gave me the end piece. I took a bite and it seemed too firm, I realized it was the end! drat! they won't let you exchange it after you touch it, so make sure you watch them prep your purchase if there are particulars you don't like.

Worst coffee experience I’ve had in my entire life. At $19 for 2 small ice drinks, the barista acted extremely annoyed when I asked for light ice and said they will have to switch me to a smaller cup. I said I will pay extra so maybe you can give me a little extra drink and less ice? The barista with the curly hair and round glasses made me feel like I am begging him for money and literally could not have acted more annoyed, and bantered with me back and forth before eventually agreeing to charge me an extra shot to give me “light ice”. Unbelievable. If you are charging $8-9 for a small drink please don’t make your customer feel like beggars. Cherry on top - the same barista who argued with me on “light ice” gave me a broken lid and the coffee spilled all over my white shirt the moment I walked out the door. When I walked back and asked for a new lid, the same barista asked what I needed, then turned around and decided to refill beans and ignored me (no, he didn’t get started on filling until I asked him for a new lid) while I’m standing there with a soaking white shirt. I waited until another barista came over and handed me a new lid - it literally took one second and the other barista was still “filling beans”. Whoever is the guy with curly hair and round glasses - please fire him. I feel like I was robbed. Please steer clear and don’t support such a horrible business.
