I tried the [insert name you tried – e.g., “La Papaya Geisha”], and it was perfectly brewed, rich, and nuanced. The minimalist space makes the coffee the star, and the quality speaks for itself. Whether you're into rare single-origin beans or just want a great pour-over, this place delivers. Highly recommended if you're in Tokyo and want a premium coffee experience.

Eclectic place to try and taste coffee. They elevate buying coffee beans to the next level. Personalized experience with baristas who are knowledgeable and explained how each grain should be used. The line formed even before the store opened.

One of the most popular cafes in the city so I decided to check it out. I waited 15 minutes which wasn’t too bad but then when I left the line was getting longer. I wouldn’t wait more than 20 minutes, especially in the heat, for a takeaway coffee tbh regardless of how tasty it might be. The reason for the wait is that some customers take forever to decide what beans they’d like to purchase. The baristas then spend time explaining upon explaining to them. I don’t know the exact information but that felt a bit excessive given that there were a line of people waiting outside. Some call this service but I think think there needs to be a line drawn somewhere. Each customer should be allocated a maximum time slot. No need for all the chit chat. Learn your coffee at home, online or from books. Having said that, the baristas all seemed eager to help and share their knowledge. I’d like to thank Kazu-san(I hope I got it right) for making a very decent cup of coffee for me. 10 g vs 160ml (1:16) Will I return? Yes but not in the summer when people have to wait in the heat.
