Kopi Place @ Duo Galleria

Kopi Place @ Duo Galleria is a hidden gem in Singapore's Duo Galleria basement, serving up aromatic, strong local coffee that keeps customers coming back. Their signature gula melaka coffee strikes the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness, while their crispy toast offerings complement the beverages perfectly. Though primarily a takeaway spot with limited seating, it's a convenient stop for a quick, affordable caffeine fix.

The gula melaka coffee is delicious! Has a very strong coffee flavour, smooth and just the right sweetness. For a hot day, the cold version hits the spot. I got a carrot cake to enjoy, it’s pretty good. Quite dense, feel a bit of oil and flavour is pretty good. You can find them in B3, take two flights of escalator down from L1. The are further down past Dosirak and before the 711. There was only one small table with 3-4 chairs. Better to get takeout. Came at 2:30pm and not busy at all.

Used to love the kao ness of the drink here. But disappointed with the recent quality dropped. The aunty make this drink so fast, until the kopi dilute like teh colour. Sad

Kopi Place is THE place for coffee. Thank God also for the downtown like that gets me to bugis (exit F I think) for a quick caffeine fix. This is as good as it gets for local coffee at pre inflation price. (no hidden shrinkflation either). Their toast, is quite another story. An even better story. The thickness, crisps and amount of "liao" (ingredients).... Over the top. A place of abundance. Hot tip=Try the peanut butter+butter toast (ssshhhhh... it's not on the menu). Staff as expected, friendly and perky even in the wee hours of a Sat morning when most humans are sleeping! Thank you team Kopi, keep up the good work, keep us caffeineated!
