Super nice staff. Very friendly. The ambience is good and that's why its often full of people and not really quiet. But the meals are really tasty and have a good quality and the drinks as well. The location is central. That all makes prices a little higher that you would maybe expect for this area.

Naked - Sea Point Today, I had the privilege of visiting Naked Coffee again. After leaving a not so wonderful review, I received a lovely and professional response from the Naked team. They apologised for my previous experience and offered me a complimentary meal to make up for it. I thought this was an amazing way to handle a negative review. I decided to take them up on their offer as I am a firm believer in righting wrongs and giving second chances, when it comes to food, that is. I quickly emailed them back, and we arranged a date and time. Fast forward to today, I took a rather long drive to Sea Point, but I can assure you it was well worth it. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and I very awkwardly said, “I’m Paige, the one with the review”. Thankfully, I got a smile and I was shown to a table that had been reserved just for me. I thought that was so sweet, especially since it was such a nice spot and on a busy morning. I decided to move to a smaller table since I was working on my laptop and didn’t want to take up too much space, especially since I was dining for free. After a quick move, I ordered my usual, flat white with almond milk. I was a bit hesitant to order it, as, like I always say, almond milk is a hit or miss. I can certainly say that today was a hit. It was smooth and creamy, every sip was just delightful. For my food order, I decided to try something a bit different. I ordered the hot honey halloumi, avo toast. A bit of a mouthful to say, but an even better mouthful to eat. I was so looking forward to this breakfast all week and let me just say, it was well worth it. After just a few minutes of getting some Friday laptop work in, a beautifully presented plate was placed in front of me. Oh my word, the first thing that caught my attention was the generous amount of golden, honey glazed halloumi. It was glistening from the honey and topped with just the right amount of green chilli and micro greens to add some colour. Of course, I tucked right in. I cut into the perfectly toasted sourdough, drenched in the honey and halloumi juices and topped with the avocado and cheese. It was as delicious as it sounds. It was rich, salty, sweet, and then topped with the right amount of spicy chilli and lemon juice to balance out all the rich ingredients. It was deliciously indulgent and it hit the spot. I can highly recommend this breakfast. I would also just like to mention the setting. It is absolutely beautiful aesthetically, and the environment is very welcoming yet sleek. I love the design of the place, it is very minimalistic and modern. I also love the green tiles, it works so well with the white marble tables and the wooden features. I’ve only ever visited in the morning, but I really love the vibe. Half of the cafe is filled with what I assume are digital nomads working on their laptops, while the other half is made up of people enjoying breakfast with friends, or family, or business partners. It balances out very nicely. A special shout out to Justine for reaching out and making this experience possible. Thank you to JP and the team for looking after me and making my experience so positive. This is definitely the correct way to approach a not so wonderful review. I was well looked after from the moment I arrived to the moment I tipped and headed on my merry way. I am very much looking forward to being back. Thank you Naked!
