If you love coffee, you have to visit Nostos. Hands down the best pour over coffee experience I’ve had. Brewed to perfection complete with drinking temperature advice and a run down of the tasting notes. Not to mention the atmosphere of the shop and super friendly baristas. Will be hard to top it that’s for sure

This is, without a doubt, the best coffee I have had in London to date. The guys really know their stuff, you can tell. They have a very impressive setup and they have a very efficient team. Place has all the types of coffee making gear that I WANT to see in a cafe, then I know that they are serious about it. When I saw the James Hoffman book on the shelf, I knew I was in good hands. Thanks for the amazing coffee guys, I will definitely be back.

Specialty coffee fans, this is the place you are looking for. I had pre-researched and hadn't come across it which is rather stunning to me. These folks are meticulous about detail down to the flavor profile of the water. They, of course, have a lot of interesting gear like the UFO brewer, the Nucleus Paragon brewer (with the ball). He even let me use a thermometer to evaluate flavor at different temps. Nice curated selection of beans to try on bar for different brew methods. I shared the menu. Basically, it's a Michelin approach to coffee. Not remotely snobby or anything, just very precise. Is my palate refined enough to appreciate it all? Probably not. But if yours is, you HAVE to go. And even if yours isn't but you want to see what your next level might be, this is where you can go for the experience. I love how much I learned from the experience.
