Petra Roasting Co. is truly one of the gems in Istanbul. I visited for breakfast and absolutely loved the experience — the place feels like a museum with its unique design and cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, fresh, and felt like everything was handmade and natural. Their coffee? Probably the best pour-over I’ve had in Istanbul! I even took some bags of their coffee home with me — that’s how good it was. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a special breakfast spot.

Petra Roasting Co. is a very nice and cozy spot—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. They offer a great variety of desserts and pastries that pair well with their coffee selection. The only downside for me is the music: it’s way too loud. Feels like it’s turned up just to move people along quicker, which kind of kills the vibe if you want to stay and enjoy your meal. Still, worth a visit if you’re okay with a fast-paced atmosphere.
