This is absolutely a real gem! Located in front of the Cihangir mosque in the heart of energetic Cihangir it’s the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cup of hot Swedish coffee and watch people passing by while also enjoying the sun in this sunny and cute little spot. The owner Cem is a super cool and kind man who’s half Swedish half Turk, which means he really knows his coffee! The sandwiches made with homemade healthy bread are my favourites! I’ll have one every day if I could.

Typical Scandinavian coffee place. Very friendly barista, cappuccino was okay. Not sure if I would recommend to visit this place necessarily while you’re in Istanbul but it’s quite nice (probably when there is no lockdown, it’s even nicer).

one of my favorite cafe places in beyoglu. not really recommended as an option to work long hours at but this is the perfect place to enjoy fika (swedish: a shared snack with tea/coffee) solo or with company. sugarfree homemade cold teas, gluten-free raw pastries and their flat whites are my absolute go-to's.
