Stopped by around 9:30 this morning for a quick coffee on my way to a meeting. The coffee was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The staff member recommended one of the batch brews, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great coffee and friendly, attentive service. I’ll definitely be back!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Anyone who has been to a WatchHouse location knows their coffee is top-notch. I’ve visited six different locations—three of them quite frequently—but Bishopsgate holds a special place in my heart. The quality is incredibly consistent. Every flat white comes with a beautiful latte art, of course. What really impresses me is their long black. I rarely get that beautiful layer of crema on top of a black coffee, yet I get it from them every single time. Once the team started recognising me as a regular, they made me feel truly special with their warmth and hospitality. WatchHouse may be a chain, but Bishopsgate doesn’t feel that way—it feels more like a beloved local specialty coffee shop. Cheers to the excellent team at Bishopsgate. 100 out of 5! 😄

Applaud to the owners of this place. Extremely pleasant place to drink coffee. All the coffee recipes for v60 are so good breakfast options are high quality and great staff. Would recommend watch house always
