I was in the area and needed a coffee. The place looked nice from the outside, but unfortunately it didn’t deliver. The space was dirty, the staff seemed confused, and the food was just average—not what you’d expect for the price.

This is a beautiful, spacious coffee shop. Two floors, plenty of seats and outlets, but no WiFi or AC when I visited. The coffee was good. I liked that it was possible to order from a kiosk. There is an area for pets, which I think it's really cute and helpful.

We used to go here many times and think that in terms of pastries it's one of the best places in San Paulo. And also they serve European style of cappuccino without chocolate. However with the latest changes in menu and system of serving it turned to total embarrassment. We waited for 3 cappuccinos 30 minutes after ordering and that's after standing in a line for 15 minutes. The volume of the coffee as well is reduced this month I suppose that in double with rise of price. I can pay more, just keep the normal volume. Also without this electronic devices to understand where you order is ready they now call out your name. And guess what, they've lost our order. However made 2 times order for other person. Guys it was normal business and good coffeeshop, why is it turning to low-quality service place where you wait for your coffee for 45 minutes?
