This was my second visit there. It is good and convenient location vise.Ambiance is not bad.It was very crowded last week and event was going on in front of that place. It was lovely atmosphere there. It is good in general. But coffee could have been much better quality and taste. It was good other than that. Recommended

Did not have a good experience. To start got the wrong coffee order, it was still yummy so no problem there. When my family’s food arrived I had to wait over 5 minutes to get mine so just sat there staring. Ordered the egg n’ salad toastie but didn’t receive what was on the menu. Instead got burnt white toast and a boiled egg that was heating up the lettuce underneath for over 8 quid. Everything is paid up front. They also didn’t have any napkins apparently which is just a bit odd.

I had an amazing visit to this establishment, hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in London! Christina was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who turns a simple coffee stop into a memorable experience. Highly recommend this place and if you're lucky, Christina will be the one serving you!
