Got a sandwich from this place in a bit of rush as i was driving for a job, was happily enjoying my sandwich when i bit into it and found massive hair in my mouth (it wasn’t mine). Emailed asking for the sandwich to be refunded, as i definitely wasn’t going to finish it then. Email was ignored, didn’t even get an apology. Rather disappointing experience.

It was my first time here and I had a lovely experience. Would gladly come back again. Service was friendly and fast. Atmosphere was relaxed and very welcoming, a even saw nice couch area. And not to forget the food I had was delicious.

I visit the Flying Horse in White City almost every day, and every time, I’m consistently impressed with the service—it's a solid 5 out of 5! The staff go above and beyond, always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making each visit a pleasure. The coffee is the best in the area! As for the lunch, it’s always delicious, with a great variety of options that hit the spot every time. Highly recommend it if you're in the area! Mo :)
