This was my first visit after eagerly wanting to try this place for ages. I decided to treat a friend I hadn’t seen in years, hoping for a special experience. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. I ordered a chocolate brownie milkshake, expecting something rich and creamy, but what I received was essentially a glorified frappé. It seemed they tried to mask the use of ice by not fully blending it and piling on a generous amount of not-so-fresh whipped cream.When I questioned the waiter, explaining that milkshakes are made with ice cream, I was told they “added milkshake powder.” I was speechless. If they were out of ice cream, an honest explanation would have been fine—I’d have happily ordered something else. Instead, I was charged R20 extra for a drink that didn’t match the menu description.I paid and left, but I’m truly disappointed. Please be transparent with customers. We’re not naive, and honesty goes a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive care throughout my visit, every detail is taken into account. It's clear they truly value their customers. Highly recommend this place
