I had a really enjoyable breakfast at Chai Spot recently. The café wasn’t busy, which made for a relaxed and comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, taking our order without any issues. Our only hiccup was that one item had run out, but my friend quickly picked something else, which turned out to be just as good! I had the salmon cream sandwich, which was delicious, and I also tried their banoffee matcha – now my new favorite, and absolutely delightful. The café is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or brunch with friends.

AVOID... ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. Walked in and ordered two vanilla milkshakes and a milk cake. The milkshakes took about 15 minutes to arrive. The vanilla milkshake was straight milk based with no ice cream, it had a green sauce around the sides of the cup, when questioned as to what it was the female first stated that it was pistachio sauce, she also stated the shake was ice cream based. The drink was extremely runny and had no signs of ice cream. I kept one and asked to return the other as the pistachio was not on the menu as my other child was allergic to it. The woman then stated that it was not pistachio but just a sauce. CLEARLY LIED ON THE SPOT. I asked for my refund, after some hesitation she handed me £4.25. I WONT BE RETURNING AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS PLACE.
