They have home made Greek-Albanian pastries like burek, pogasa and also other sweet treats like rice pudding and cinnamon buns. Interactive coffee display at the back where you can smell the different house made blends. 10% discount for NHS, Students and locals. Popular among local youngsters, probably for the wifi and air con! I was also told they have Covent Garden and Edgware Rd branches.

Absolutely love their coffee, homemade borek and cakes. It’s become a regular spot for me, my husband and the kids. So glad to have a little gem like this in Southgate — such a cosy, friendly atmosphere.

It has been a while since i decided not to come back, lovely coffee shop but like many other reviews: horrible and rude staff. Several of the staffs are nice and I appreciate their service. However, there is a male staff who overcharges me ON PURPOSE as I notice every single time I order the same thing - matcha latte, the price is different. The last time I came back i purposely spend time to look at the price board and as i anticipated, the price this time was lower and accurate to the board. Moreover, his attitude is beyond horrible. Once, I ordered an iced matcha latte but received a hot one. Before I get to complete my inquiry he immediate cut me off and started bombarding me with questions “you SAID matcha latte? I confirmed twice with you? Did i not ask you again?Etc”. It was deliberately a confrontation, not a conversation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but after being overcharged and disrespected repeatedly, I won’t be returning.
