Feels a bit odd to have such high quality coffee in a hospital but not complaining - genuinely a very, very good americano for just £3. Staff lovely and chatty too, with very quick service.

Had an appointment at North Middlesex Hospital in Edmonton, north London. Had some time to kill as had to wait 45 mins for the Pharmacy to issue some medication (which isn't too long a wait). Was feeling peckish and saw a "Souter Bros Coffee Shop" within the hospital. I saw they had a Vegans Ploughman's sandwich WITH mayonnaise, which seems a rarity : I don't know why other Ploughman's always say WITHOUT (!), what did the poor mayonnaise do to be ostracised ! Anyway, just wanted to say what an absolute delight the Plougmans was : fresh, tasty, could really really taste the cucumber, mayonnaise and carrots. You can obviously tell how impressed I was as I am writing a review about it ! Also I went and bought another meal deal with your lovely Ploughman's and will enjoy it later on in the day. So glad I did not go to the WHSmith (no offence) and will be sure to get your scrumptious sandwich when I'm next in North Middlesex hospital ! Also the young lady with the glasses and dark red / auburn hair was very polite, professional and smiley (!) a real credit to your company. I saw her dealing with customers whilst I had my meal deal and she was great 👍

Neat little place, not a fan of cheap tasting coffee so reviewing to help the hard working guys here. Hot choc and cappuccinos perfect, cinnamon available to top off every time for me a bonus
