I wish they’d bring back the pistachio coffee. That was such a luxurious experience. I enjoy the creative coffee options they mix here. And the laksa fish and chips is an irresistible dish to have whether its for breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack.

I visited King's Cart Cafe on a weekday afternoon early this year, hoping to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and some food. The coffee itself was the highlight of my visit—it was well-brewed, rich, and flavorful, with the perfect balance of strength and smoothness. It was exactly what I needed, and I could tell they take their coffee seriously. However, the overall experience was far from ideal. The cafe was quite crowded, at least at the front of the cafe, and that made the atmosphere felt chaotic and noisy. There was no clear queue system, so I found myself standing around waiting with no idea of what to do. Despite trying to signal for help, the staff seemed preoccupied and ignored me. Eventually, I walked up to the barista, who directed me to sit right in front of her at an uncomfortable counter next to the ordering screen (refer to the last photo) While there were empty seats around the cafe and potential spaces at shared or smaller tables, I wasn’t offered any of those. Instead, I was squeezed into a cramp seat directly in front of the counter, with people constantly squeezing by me and staff walking up and down very close to my back. I had to constantly straighten my back so to not risk myself from scalding from potential spills and etc. The cramped space and constant movement made it incredibly uncomfortable, and I couldn’t fully enjoy my time there. I wanted to leave at the soonest possible time since I have decided to have my meal elsewhere. Hence, gulped down the coffee, paid for it and left. While the coffee was great, the poor service and uncomfortable seating really took away from the overall experience. If you're in the area and just want a good cup of coffee, King's Cart delivers on that front, but be prepared for a less-than-ideal atmosphere and seating if it’s crowded.

Strolling around the area with my Korean friend and chanced upon this cafe. We were very fascinated by the award winning drink and decided to go in. Staff was friendly and even guided us to a seat that was not so hot as they were roasting coffee outside. The drinks here are so beautiful and unique! Worth a visit!
