I wanted to leave a review about this coffee shop. The reason is repeated negligent attitude towards the visitor. A couple of months ago I bought a dessert, the raspberries were all moldy, and with a very unhappy face they exchanged it for me, as if I had brought the mold with me! A few days ago we calmly talked for 500 rubles, it was so calm and easy. She came up, explained, and asked to count. Since we visit the coffee shop almost every day, we take the same thing, the price is already fixed in our heads. Today, I found a hair in the sour cream for the casserole. She took it and showed it quietly to the bar counter, saying there was a hair... I didn’t make a scene in public…. So that they understand... So as not to embarrass, and not to escalate in front of other guests!!! And it seems that’s exactly how it should be!!!!! What kind of pigish attitude is this? There was no replacement for breakfast, there was no deduction from the check! If these reviews are being monitored by someone who is interested in the success of this property, be kind enough to have conversations with your employees! This is a complete disgrace! Your coffee is amazing, everything else is simply beyond words!
