This cafe is located on Chiswick High Road, near Chiswick, about a 10-15mins walk from the Underground. The cafe has plenty of seating available inside, as well as a small amount of outdoor seating. They sell their own branded apparel in the window. While their selection of pastries isn’t extensive, their nata caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. I initially wanted to order a Caramel Latte, but the staff informed me they only had Vanilla Latte available, so I ordered that along with an Iced Americano. While I wasn’t a fan of the Vanilla Latte, the nata was truly fantastic~~crispy and rich with a strong egg flavor!! Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely come back:)

Busy, slightly chaotic, and full of caffeine-fuelled ambition, Tamp is one of those rare spots where the hype actually makes sense. Made my way down on a sunny Sunday and it was packed, but the staff handled it like pros. Despite the crowd, they were friendly, fast, and clearly knew their coffee. I went for my go to iced oat latte and was fully expecting it to get drowned in milk, but no. Their house blend punched right through, and was deep, caramelly (that’s a word right), and properly balanced. And the pastel de nata? Unreal. Burnt top, wobbly middle, flaky base. Ended up going back for thirds… no shame. The pastry game here is actually wild. The manchego and Serrano croissant is a full mood. Coffee’s great, but the behind the scenes baker might just steal the show. Matcha fans: they do it properly with a whisk and bowl. Mine was decent, not super grassy but still smooth and enjoyable. Spotted an iced açaí matcha on the specials board too, and I WILL be back for that. Inside, it’s cosy but tight. Expect to hover awkwardly if it’s busy. It’s a mixed crowd with families, tourists, locals, all jostling for a good brew. Bonus points for being a Living Wage employer and having their own merch wall (yes, I caved). Worth the queue? 100%. Just come early, wear elbows.
