I went there with my friend .. we are English speaking students in moscow but we know a bit of Russian .. but we chose to speak with the waiter in English so maybe he thought we are tourists and decided to give us the carrot cake with higher price than in the menu or he made us pay for large coffee when we bought a small one !!! But the price of both ( the sum ) is higher than their prices in the menu! And the coffee was soooooooo cold !!! A cheap coffee in any cafe in moscow tastes better than your overpriced coffee ! We liked the carrot cake but this attitude made us reconsider visiting your cafe again ! What if i was really a tourist and didn’t know Russian ?? You’re going to use that in your favour and make me pay more ???

I haven’t even tasted the cakes chosen because of a totally unprofessional service and impolite behaviour of the stuff. Leaving business alone never works.

Service and ambiance is so good but the flat white tasted so bad and the cakes weren’t that tasty (we tried the classic honey cake and the vegan pecan honey cake) the iced americano tasted good
